Laboratory Results Correlations emphasizes the role of the laboratory in diagnosis and management of diseases. It includes the laboratory analysis used for a variety of common disorders involving various body systems. Learners will detect possible discrepancies in laboratory test results as part of quality management and to assist in defining the role of the laboratory in disease diagnosis and management. Learners will also prepare a research paper on their topic of choice related to common disorders of body systems and characteristic laboratory findings.
