All applicants must pay a $50 application fee and a $250 security deposit before being accepted into the residence.

Early arrivals or extensions
Early arrival or extension applies to any days outside the semester's start or end date. If you are requesting an early arrival or extension, the charge is $50 per day as per the Student Residence Agreement (SRA).
Apply to live in Residence
To apply for residence at SAIT, you must register and complete a full application with a $50 non-refundable application fee and a $250 refundable security deposit.
All units come fully furnished with utilities included — water, sewer, trash and high-speed internet.
