Every student faces challenges from time to time.
Whether you've been placed on academic probation, received an early support referral, need help understanding academic policies or processes, or want to share feedback about your student experience, you'll find the information, resources, and support you need to move forward with confidence.
Early support referral system
Sometimes, on the path to success, you hit a bump in the road. Whether the bump is academic, personal, or just a feeling that something's off, SAIT has a community of support resources to help.
Academic probation
If your Grade Point Average (GPA) falls below 2.0, you'll be notified that you're on academic probation. Our Back on Track module will help you make a positive change.
Navigating academic concerns and policies
Serving as an impartial resource, the Ombudsperson helps you understand your rights, navigate policies, and explore available options to address concerns effectively.
Giving feedback
Feedback is a vital part of any learning process — it improves course content and helps instructors enhance their teaching. Learn how to best provide yours.
Oki, Âba wathtech, Danit'ada, Tawnshi, Hello.
SAIT is located on the traditional territories of the Niitsitapi (Blackfoot) and the people of Treaty 7 which includes the Siksika, the Piikani, the Kainai, the Tsuut’ina and the Îyârhe Nakoda of Bearspaw, Chiniki and Goodstoney.
We are situated in an area the Blackfoot tribes traditionally called Moh’kinsstis, where the Bow River meets the Elbow River. We now call it the city of Calgary, which is also home to the Métis Nation of Alberta.
