Curated Catering powered by Hotel Arts
Curated Catering powered by Hotel Arts is SAIT’s exclusive caterer for events on campus. Renowned for inventive cuisine and impeccable service, Curated Catering creates unforgettable dining experiences. The special event and wedding menus feature gourmet dishes with an artful presentation, blending bold flavours with personalized hospitality. Let Hotel Arts elevate your occasion with exceptional taste and seamless service.
With each service, we will provide:
- dedicated catering specialist – your single point of contact for seamless planning
- tableware settings – plates, cutlery, napkins and glassware
- bar setup – includes a bartender, glassware, and mixers (one bar per 100 guests)
- transportation – delivery of all food, beverages, and equipment
- complete clean – removal of all items and full venue restoration
All food and beverages with the exception of cake must be provided through Curated Catering. We are happy to create a custom à la carte menu and bring in any additional spirits and wine to personalize your reception.
Accommodations
SAIT Residence features a mix of hotel-style rooms and multi-bedroom suites, suitable for individual travellers, small groups and larger delegations, depending on the time of year. Amenities include comfortable living spaces, on-site services and access to campus facilities designed to support both short and extended stays.
With event venues, meeting spaces and services all within walking distance, guests can stay connected to the program without needing to travel between locations. Group bookings can also be arranged to support conferences and large-scale events.

On-campus accommodation offers a convenient option for guests attending an event or conference.
Select bookings may also include access to a penthouse suite, which can be used as a private space for VIP guests, speakers or event organizers.
Additional notes
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your event date. SAIT reserves the right to terminate the agreement with written notice at least 30 business days prior to the event. The remaining balance is processed seven days prior to the event date.
SAIT requires General Liability Insurance ($5 million) for all groups renting its facilities. Coverage must specify the room(s) and date(s) of use, including setup and teardown times. Third-party insurance options are available through SAIT if required.

SAIT is located on the traditional territories of the Niitsitapi (Blackfoot) and the people of Treaty 7 which includes the Siksika, the Piikani, the Kainai, the Tsuut’ina and the Îyârhe Nakoda of Bearspaw, Chiniki and Goodstoney.
We are situated in an area the Blackfoot tribes traditionally called Moh’kinsstis, where the Bow River meets the Elbow River. We now call it the city of Calgary, which is also home to the Métis Nation of Alberta.
