An ideal venue for receptions, keynotes, and conferences, Macdonald Hall offers a refined atmosphere conducive to gatherings of up to 177 guests.
With its beautiful high ceilings and elegant balcony, Macdonald Hall's 1920s architecture will create a unique experience for you and your guests. Elevate your events to new heights with this timeless elegance.

Irene Lewis Atrium

Classrooms
Our beautiful training and meeting spaces are located in Heritage Hall and Stan Grad Centre, equipped with the latest technology while offering a unique experience.
If daylight is essential, request one of our south-facing rooms offering a stunning downtown view. Each room is ergonomically designed to ensure your experience is comfortable.
Classroom capacity and pricing
- 20 – 84 guests
- Heritage Hall classrooms: Half-day rate starts at $260; full-day rate starts at $365.
- Stan Grad Centre classrooms: Hourly rate starts at $55 per hour with a minimum rental of three hours.
Begin Tower
These modern meeting rooms provide natural light and breathtaking mountain and city views. Create a comfortable ambiance for your guests while we provide you with all the necessities, such as internet access, VOIP conference phone, and a portable projector and screen.
The Dining Centre is available for private functions from May until August. Both levels are highly adaptable with smartly designed environments.
