Stretch, Reset & Clay Grounding
Come get bendy, grounded, a little bit messy—and a whole lot calmer. 😌🧘♀️✨
Join us for a Stretch, Reset & Clay Grounding Workshop where we'll:
- Loosen up those tight muscles (yes, even the ones you forgot you had)
- Squish, shape, and play with cool clay—because nothing says "let go of stress" like getting your hands delightfully dirty
- Hit pause on the chaos and actually reconnect with you
No flexibility? No problem. No art skills? Even better. Just bring yourself, comfy clothes, and a willingness to laugh when your clay looks nothing like you planned (that's half the fun).
Oki, Âba wathtech, Danit'ada, Tawnshi, Hello.
SAIT is located on the traditional territories of the Niitsitapi (Blackfoot) and the people of Treaty 7 which includes the Siksika, the Piikani, the Kainai, the Tsuut’ina and the Îyârhe Nakoda of Bearspaw, Chiniki and Goodstoney.
We are situated in an area the Blackfoot tribes traditionally called Moh’kinsstis, where the Bow River meets the Elbow River. We now call it the city of Calgary, which is also home to the Métis Nation of Alberta.
