Canvas painting: express and unwind

Join us for a guided painting session where we explore possibilities—no perfection allowed, just plenty of colour and curiosity. No experience? Great! The only requirement is a willingness to giggle when your "sunset" looks more like a cozy tomato. 🍅

We'll guide you step by gentle step, so you can relax, play, and see where the brush takes you. It's part mindfulness, part creative adventure, and 100% judgment-free.

Come splash some colour around. You might just paint yourself into a better mood. ✨🖌️

Oki, Âba wathtech, Danit'ada, Tawnshi, Hello.

SAIT is located on the traditional territories of the Niitsitapi (Blackfoot) and the people of Treaty 7 which includes the Siksika, the Piikani, the Kainai, the Tsuut’ina and the Îyârhe Nakoda of Bearspaw, Chiniki and Goodstoney.

We are situated in an area the Blackfoot tribes traditionally called Moh’kinsstis, where the Bow River meets the Elbow River. We now call it the city of Calgary, which is also home to the Métis Nation of Alberta.
