Course Description

The broad realm of marketing encompasses comprehensive research and strategic planning, product development and pricing, sales tactics, advertising campaigns, professional relationship building and more. Successful food and beverage managers must equip themselves with these marketing tools in order to drive business success, profitability and sustainability.

This course introduces you to these and other marketing principles and demonstrates how they apply to food and beverage operations.

Marketing/Strategic Planning may be taken independently or as one of seven courses in SAIT's Food and Beverage Leadership Certificate of Achievement program.
