My name is Tapaarjuk (Tap) Moore. I am Inuk from Ranklin, Inlet, Nunavut. I am the Indigenous student advisor in the Natoysopoyiis for the Indigenous Pathways and Indigenous Foundations program.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Mount Royal University in 2013. I have been working and supporting Indigenous student success in the Natoysopoyiis since 2015. From advising to watching you walk the stage at graduation, I will support your needs as an Indigenous learner and support you as you step forward into your career.

SAIT is located on the traditional territories of the Niitsitapi (Blackfoot) and the people of Treaty 7 which includes the Siksika, the Piikani, the Kainai, the Tsuut’ina and the Îyârhe Nakoda of Bearspaw, Chiniki and Goodstoney.
We are situated in an area the Blackfoot tribes traditionally called Moh’kinsstis, where the Bow River meets the Elbow River. We now call it the city of Calgary, which is also home to the Métis Nation of Alberta.
