Neurodiversity Peer Support Groups

Looking to connect with other neurodivergent students in a supportive, understanding environment? Our Neurodiversity Peer Support Groups provide a space to share experiences, exchange strategies, build community, and learn from one another. Whether you're looking for connection, practical tips for navigating college life, or simply a space where you can be yourself, you're welcome to join.

Groups are student-centered, strengths-based, and focus on mutual support rather than counselling or therapy. Topics may include executive functioning, academics, self-advocacy, relationships, sensory experiences, navigating campus, and celebrating neurodivergent strengths.

You are not alone. Connect, learn, and grow alongside fellow neurodivergent students.

Oki, Âba wathtech, Danit'ada, Tawnshi, Hello.

SAIT is located on the traditional territories of the Niitsitapi (Blackfoot) and the people of Treaty 7 which includes the Siksika, the Piikani, the Kainai, the Tsuut’ina and the Îyârhe Nakoda of Bearspaw, Chiniki and Goodstoney.

We are situated in an area the Blackfoot tribes traditionally called Moh’kinsstis, where the Bow River meets the Elbow River. We now call it the city of Calgary, which is also home to the Métis Nation of Alberta.
