Let us show you that healthy foods do taste good and are easy to incorporate into your meals with the proper planning. This three-part series will teach beginner cooks who are new to incorporating nutritious foods into their home kitchens, the basic nutrition and culinary skills they need to get cooking. We discuss how food reacts in the body, the benefits of eating real food, and how to start making nutritious choices. This is a demonstration course with a small hands on component each class which will give students confidence handling knives and preparing food for the week.
Each two-hour class will include a glass of wine and/or kombucha for each student.
