Canadian Certified Administrative Professional Courses


Available: Part Time Classroom or Online

Pursue your Canadian Certified Administrative Professional (CCAP) designation through part-time studies. Certification is a statement of the skills you have and take with you from role to role and demonstrates your commitment to life-long learning. Complete seven courses, including four electives, from the list below to meet the education requirements of the CCAP.

At SAIT, we’ll work with you to create the most efficient and productive pathway to earn your CCAP certification. Prepare for the next level of your career through challenging business and administrative professional courses that fit your busy schedule. Courses are delivered evenings, weekends and online and start anytime throughout the year.

SAIT is an Education Partner with the Association of Administrative Professionals (AAP). Upon completion of this series of courses and fulfilling work experience requirements, you will be issued a certificate directly by AAP. You must be a member of AAP to pursue their certificate. Course Outline 

Three compulsory and four elective courses are required. Elective courses must be chosen from four separate categories, as listed in the CCAP Contacts and Course Titles page on the AAP website. Some courses are only available through full-time studies, contact business.advising@sait.ca for more information.
