Candice Davis | Management Consultant at The Censeo Group
Candice is a high-energy project management professional who is ready to help you bring your project management ability to the next level. Over the past two decades, she has held various project management leadership roles in the legal, construction, and oil and gas industries. In this time, she has developed and led many project management initiatives spanning multiple teams, portfolios, industries and timelines. Candice is currently a management consultant with The Censeo Group.
Along with her consulting work, Ms. Davis also teaches project management at SAIT. In this role, she has led the curriculum development of two new project management certificates: Applied Project Management and Construction Project Management. She has chaired the Mount Royal University Project Management Advisory Committee, and was an Advisory Committee member at the University of Alberta, School of Business, Executive Education.
Candice completed her Bachelor of Management degree from the University of Lethbridge. She is a graduate from Stanford University in Strategic Decision Analysis and Risk Management. She holds her Project Management Professional (PMP) designation, as well as a Change Management Certification, and is a graduate from the Canadian Board Diversity Council Program. Candice has received her Fellowship from the Project Management Institute and was twice named a Top 100 Protégé by the Women’s Executive Network.

She works with Indigenous communities to identify training gaps and help build training programs that align with local economic development opportunities. Customization of programs shines in their delivery. Lauren has a learned respect for Indigenous peoples and cultures. She’s a strong advocate for ensuring educational opportunities reach those who might otherwise be excluded. Her genuine, empathetic and engaged nature invites trust and nurtures mutually beneficial relationships. Her degree is in communications, and she’s got sales-related training going back to her days in restaurant/bar management, but it’s mostly Lauren’s listening skills that make her exceptional in her current role. She’s invested in learning, embracing and then helping to advance the Indigenous storyline.
