The School of Health and Public Safety prepares you for a dynamic career in the health care sector. We offer specialized training in diagnostic and therapeutic technologies, professional assistant programs, information management, and training for wellness professionals.

There is an ongoing need for health care professionals and SAIT’s School of Health and Public Safety will prepare you to meet that need in a variety of careers in the health care sector.

Students at SAIT offer cost-effective dental services at our campus clinic from January to May. The services are intended to complement your regular dental visits.

We're available Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm, starting at 1 pm on Aug. 23.

How We Work

Our instructors are a committed team of dedicated and compassionate healthcare professionals focused on superior patient care practices. We constantly upgrade curriculum, acquire new equipment and explore new learning methodologies to ensure we provide relevant, quality health education.

You'll receive practical, hands-on training in modern laboratory facilities and our state-of-the-art Centre for Advanced Patient Care Simulation. Our programs have a practicum component, which integrates theoretical, laboratory and simulation experiences with real work experience.
