How are you doing?

Stop. Take five. Check your wellness. A wellness check can help you recognize and respond to challenges — from grades to stress management — understand balance and create a plan that supports your well-being and academic success at SAIT.

Complete your wellness check online. Then, attend a virtual wellness check with Student Development and Counselling and Academic Coaching staff.

📅 Virtual wellness check (Aero Centre) | Wednesday, Oct. 28, noon – 1 pm

📅 Virtual wellness check | Thursday, Oct. 29, 5 – 6 pm

Discover and celebrate Diwali – the Hindu Festival of Lights

Last year SAIT celebrated the Hindu Festival of Lights with a huge dance party. This year, we're moving the party online.

Join the celebration by sharing a video or photo of what you love most about Diwali, your well wishes to those celebrating or a snap of you in your traditional Diwali outfit. Videos and photos will be shared online with the SAIT community — and the world! — as we celebrate Diwali in November.

🎇 Submission guidelines:

  • Submit all video and photo entries to student.engagement@sait.ca.
  • Include your name, program and current location (country, city, or state)
  • Your video should be less than a minute
  • Video submissions should be less than 10MB (JPG, PDF, MOV)
  • The submission deadline is Friday, Oct. 30
