Confirmation of enrolment letter

If you need a letter to confirm you're enrolled at SAIT or a form filled out in order to access RESPs, scholarships or other sources of funding, you can get one from the Office of the Registrar after you're registered in classes.

Get your UPass

The UPass is a sticker applied to your eCard, providing you with unlimited access to Calgary Transit services for the duration of the semester. Eligible full-time students can pick up their UPass at the Office of the Registrar, AA211, Heritage Hall after tuition is paid or student loans are confirmed by SAIT.

Please note: you must meet the eligibility requirements to receive a UPass.

Health and dental plan opt-out/opt-in/add-on

If you have comparable coverage, you can opt-out of the SAITSA health and dental plan. You can also opt-in or add-on family members. For programs starting Tuesday, Sept. 3, the deadline is Tuesday, Sept. 20. If your program starts on a different date, your deadline is 21 days from the program start date.

Apply for student awards

You don't want to miss out on your chance at a share of more than $5 million in student awards. Applications for continuing student awards open in August.

Review your booklist and buy your textbooks

Booklists for most programs will be available Tuesday, Aug. 20. We recommend waiting until your first class before purchasing your books to avoid making unnecessary purchases and returns. You can find your booklist online and at the SAIT Bookstore.

Rent a locker

After you get your schedule and you know where your classes will be held, rent a locker online at saitsalockers.com if you think you'll need one. You'll need your student ID number, a valid email address and a credit card or PayPal account to rent a locker.

They're rented on a first-come, first-served basis and can be rented by the semester or the year.

Remember to keep coming back to this page for all your pre-semester info and updates.
