Improve your study skills
Student Success Seminars are scheduled throughout the semester to help you activate your study skills, master time management and write exams like a pro — take advantage. You can also get help with a tricky course or concept, plus support to improve your writing and presentation skills, through Academic Coaching and Tutoring Services.

Find your balance
Improved well-being is about small steps and practice — online tools are an easy way to get started. Check out TAO Self-Help, 7 Cups and other online resources — all free for SAIT students.
