It's Wellness Week — grab a friend and try a free class! Not sure which one's for you? There's Pilates, HIIT, Capoeira, Barre and more.

RecX Pass

Meet some like-minded people and stay motivated with the RecX pass. From spin to yoga, Box X to HIIT, RecX'ers can enjoy a variety of programs that will boost energy and elevate fitness!

Get the pass for unlimited access to drop-in fitness classes for the Winter 2019 semester. For students it's only $80 — sign up before Friday, Jan. 18 for the early bird rate of $60.


Have fun, be active and make new friends. The deadline to register has been extended — sign up for intramurals by Thursday, Jan. 17. The winter leagues available are: basketball, volleyball, dodgeball, futsal and ice hockey.

Wellness Centre

It's easy to access the Wellness Centre - use your SAIT eCard.

Credit students — good news — membership is included in your tuition.

Apprentice, continuing education or Academic Upgrading students, you can take advantage of the low monthly membership rate.

The Wellness Centre features a weight room with cardio and weightlifting equipment, six squash courts, a racquetball/wallyball court, spin studio, multi-purpose studio and pro shop. It also includes a double-sized gymnasium.
