Your personal wellness is connected to your academic wellness, so why not check your mental wellness as carefully as you check your exam schedule?

Midterms are probably on your agenda by now - with the strain of student life increasing, it's time to take a moment to find balance between your personal and academic needs.

Counsellors and academic coaches are connecting with students in food courts across campus to help assess personal and academic wellbeing, identify tools for a successful semester and to get you acquainted with the campus resources here to make your time at SAIT the best that it can be.

Take five with a coach or a counsellor

  • Tuesday, Nov. 1, 11 am to 1 pm in the Senator Burns Food Court
  • Wednesday, Nov. 2, 11 am to 1 pm in the Aldred Centre Food Court
  • Thursday, Nov. 3, 1 am to 1 pm in the Johnson-Cobbe Energy Centre Food Court

Check your wellness any time

If you miss the Wellness Check around campus, you can connect with a counsellor or academic coach any time, or use our online screening tests to check your mental health or to check your drinking.
