SAIT campus offers a unique suite of venues from traditional to contemporary spaces complete with catering and accommodations. Our professional and experienced event coordinators will ensure your experience is an exceptional one.
Corporate meeting and training venues
When you select SAIT as your meeting venue, you can rest assured you'll have everything you need for a productive day. We offer full-service catering, ample parking and convenient access to Calgary's transit system.
Classrooms located in Heritage Hall offer the flexibility to create any learning environment with movable tables designed to accommodate your specific meeting and training requirements. Equipped with today's modern technology, these beautifully restored classrooms can seat up to 40 participants.
Looking for a computer lab? We have training rooms with stationary e-learning desks to allow participants to learn in a hands-on environment.
Stan Grad building
At SAIT, we offer traditional, tiered and pod-style classrooms all of which are equipped with the latest audiovisual technology. These rooms can accommodate up to 84 participants.
Begin Tower lounges
Create a comfortable ambiance for your guests with breathtaking mountain and city views, allowing for plenty of natural light. We'll provide you with all the necessities including internet access, VOIP conference phone, projector and screen.

From romantic, old-world charm to modern day three-story high glass ceilings, our event spaces are versatile and unique. Plus, our campus offers an abundance of outdoor space, leisure facilities, custom catering and guest accommodations.
With its 1920s architecture, this room is one of SAIT's most romantic and popular event venues on campus. The beautiful high ceilings and elegant balcony will create a one-of-a-kind experience.

Located in our Campus Centre, the theatre offers an original retro look and character. It seats up to 341 guests and its large stage allows for a variety of performance and presentation styles.

From intimate social events to elegant corporate galas, Impressions Catering provides flexible menu options tailored to your event with a focus on customer service, quality and attention to detail. Working within your budget, Impressions Catering presents beautifully executed dishes that are sure to please the most discerning of palates.
SAIT Residence proudly offers a range of rooms to accommodate your travel needs. Choose from our studio, one, two or four bedroom suites. All units are fully furnished and offer a comfortable and affordable stay right here on campus.
In addition to our residential rooms, SAIT offers corporate suites and studios equipped with all your kitchen essentials. Plus, when you book one of our corporate units you'll receive a complimentary breakfast.
If you prefer a more sophisticated space, you and your guests can stay on the 22nd floor of our residence tower in the penthouse and/ or executive suite. Both rooms offer a stylish dining and living area, bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious, full bathroom. These rooms can be booked as one large living area or reserved separately.
