Begin Tower is situated right on campus and offers two spacious living suites to choose from:

Our studio apartments are based on individual liability agreements and are per bedroom, per person.

To apply for residence at SAIT, you must register and complete a full application with a $50 non-refundable application fee and a $250 refundable security deposit.
All units come fully furnished with utilities included — water, sewer, trash and high-speed internet.

The apprentice rates are based on program dates and start dates anytime between July 1, 2023 and June 30, 2024.
A $50 application fee, along with a $250 security deposit is required for all applicants before being accepted into the residence. Apprentice students are required to pay an additional administrative fee of $195.
The suite layout type is based on availability; the suite layout will be in a multi-person type.

Early arrivals or extensions
Early arrival or extension applies to any days outside of the semester start or end date. If you are requesting an early arrival or extension the charge is $50 per day as per the Student Residence Agreement (SRA).
