Registration and Fees
Sign-up for our registered programs using one of the following methods:
Follow the registration link beside the program you're interested in within our adult, children and youth or swim programs to see a detailed course description with a listing of available course times and dates.
Once you find a time and date that fits your schedule, select the register now button beside the course. Complete the registration and payment process. Online payments can be made by credit card only.
Your registration will be processed within three business days. You can confirm your registration by logging into mySAIT.ca.
Online registration closes at 4:30 pm the day before the program start date. Once a program has begun, online registration is no longer available.

By phone or in person
You can sign-up for a program by calling or visiting the Office of the Registrar. Please have the program name, start date and course code ready.
Methods of payment include debit card, money order, cheque, cash, Visa or MasterCard, or sponsorship letter. Over-the-phone payment must be made by Visa or MasterCard.

Cancellation and refund policy
If you decide to cancel your registration, a minimum administrative fee of $50 will apply, plus any applicable service costs will be retained from the course fee. SAIT Recreation reserves the right to cancel a program due to low registration. In such instances, registrants will be refunded in full in the original form of payment. Registrants withdrawing due to injury or illness must supply appropriate documentation and a request for cancellation in writing to the Office of the Registrar prior to the first session.
To register for a drop-in program or intramurals
- Select SAIT on the school/organization drop-down menu.
- Enter your first and last name and email address (it can be your personal or SAIT address).
- Create a password.
- Select your status - student (and year of study), staff or other - and graduate year (if applicable).
- The gender you identify with.
- Submit and check for a confirmation email.

- A student is defined as someone 15 to 17 years old or an actively enrolled student.
- An adult is defined as someone 18 to 54 years old.
- A senior is anyone 55 years of age or older.
- A family is defined as an adult, a spouse or common-law partner and children (up to the age of 25) living within the same residence to a maximum of five people combined.
