LEADS — SAIT Student Leadership Program

Leadership. Equity. Access. Development. Success.

LEADS provides students in any SAIT program, with the knowledge and skill development opportunities to build their leadership capacity.

  • LEADS students will explore the foundations of leadership in training and workshops so they can develop their own leadership style.
  • While working in on-campus student leadership roles, students will be given opportunities to enhance their communication skills as well as focus on their personal and interpersonal development.
  • Student leaders will also learn strategies to support student mental health, safety and equity needs.

All student leadership roles provide students with opportunities to practice these leadership fundamentals in a supportive hands-on setting.
