SAIT uses ApplyProof to provide verified digital copies of offer and acceptance letters to international students.
Offer of admission
An offer of admission is sent after your application is evaluated. With the offer, applicants are invited to pay a deposit to confirm their seat in one of our programs. ;By confirming the seat, applicants are expected to meet the pre-intake deadlines. ;Missing these deadlines impacts the application status and includes additional fees. See the admission checklist for more information.
Conditional Offer of Admission
If you received a conditional offer of admission, you are expected to provide proof of meeting the missing requirements by the deadline specific to the intake. Applicants who fail to meet the deadlines will have their application cancelled, their seat revoked, and the deposit forfeited. See the final transcript deadline for your intake.
Letter of Acceptance
The Letter of Acceptance (LOA) is the official registration document issued by SAIT to confirm your registration into one of our programs and intakes. This is one of the documents you must provide to immigration as part of your study permit application.

SAIT uses ApplyProof to provide verified digital copies of offer and acceptance letters to international students. ApplyProof is a secure method to access and confirm the authenticity of your documents quickly. When you apply for a study permit, your acceptance letter can quickly be recognized as legitimate by immigration officers and agents using ApplyProof.
How do I get my documents through ApplyProof?
When you’re offered admission to study at SAIT, you’ll receive an email to your preferred email address with a secure link to your offer letter via ApplyProof.
Once you accept your offer by paying your tuition deposit, you’ll also receive an email with a secure link to your acceptance letter.
If you have an agent, your agent will be copied on these emails.
Click on the secure link and enter your passcode. Your passcode is the date of birth you provided to SAIT when you created your application in the format YYYY/MM/DD. For example, if your date of birth is Jan. 1, 2000, enter 2000/01/01 to retrieve your document.

The Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) may disclose personal information listed as follows: SAIT ID number, legal names, address, email, agent email (as applicable), phone numbers, and date of birth to ApplyProof.
