Leading Beyond Any Title: Leading Through Chaos: Adaptive Leadership

In a world where disruption is constant, leaders can’t afford to wait for clarity, they have to create it.

Whether you’re navigating rapid change, shifting priorities, or competing demands, adaptive leadership is the skill that separates those who cope from those who lead. It’s not about reacting faster, it’s about responding smarter.

In this session, Jennie and Craig will explore what it means to lead intentionally in the unknown. You’ll learn how to stay grounded, communicate clearly, and build momentum, even when the path is murky.

If you’re not learning to lead through chaos, you’re falling behind.

Join Jennie and Craig this fall for a series of conversations about leadership - at any level. The conversations you have with your leader, peers, and your team determine the quality of your leadership. Are you having the right conversations today?

SAIT is located on the traditional territories of the Niitsitapi (Blackfoot) and the people of Treaty 7 which includes the Siksika, the Piikani, the Kainai, the Tsuut’ina and the Îyârhe Nakoda of Bearspaw, Chiniki and Goodstoney.

We are situated in an area the Blackfoot tribes traditionally called Moh’kinsstis, where the Bow River meets the Elbow River. We now call it the city of Calgary, which is also home to the Métis Nation of Alberta.
