Just like you calculate your GPA, taking care of yourself is critical to achieving personal and academic success. The mid-point of the semester is a key time to check how you are doing.
Throughout November, a counsellor and an academic coach will be set up in common areas on campus — stop by to assess your well-being, create a plan for success and to find out about the people and resources available to you.
