To ensure SAIT students get what they expect and need from their educational experience, we ask our grads about their satisfaction with various aspects of their time at SAIT.
2022/23 satisfaction rate
Compared with 2022, satisfaction measures were either consistent or increased slightly on most aspects of the educational experience at SAIT. The only category that has experienced a decrease was satisfaction with the adequacy of lab/shop equipment – a decrease from 84% in 2021 to 82% in 2023.
Graduates from the School of Health & Public Safety and Manufacturing & Automation have rated many aspects of their experience higher than their colleagues from other schools. The School of Health & Public Safety achieved the highest 93% satisfaction rating concerning the overall quality of graduates’ educational experience at SAIT.

Would recommend SAIT
Compared to 2022, there was a four-percentage-point increase in graduates who agreed that their program was worth the financial cost. The level of agreement was highest for graduates in the School of Manufacturing and Automation, while the lowest was recorded for the School for Advanced Digital Technology.
Overall, there was a two-percentage-point increase in graduates who indicated they achieved their goals when starting studies at SAIT. The School of Health and Public Safety graduates have recorded the highest agreement scores, and the School for Advanced Digital Technology has experienced the lowest.
Almost all SAIT graduates would recommend SAIT to others, while 88% of graduates would recommend their program of study. Transportation graduates were the most likely to recommend SAIT, and construction graduates were the most likely to recommend their program.
