Youth Recreation Programs
Explore a wide variety of activities in the gym, field and pool facilities at SAIT. Our recreation programs are designed for participants to learn new skills while building confidence and leadership skills. All physical activity-based programs involve aspects of physical literacy, physical fitness, and healthy active living.
