Fit Coaching

Our certified fit coaches are here to help you to feel confident in achieving your own health and fitness endeavours and help you create a plan tailored to your individual abilities and objectives. Working together, we'll identify your strengths and areas of improvement in order for you to meet your fitness potential.

Book a Fit Coach

One-on-one training

Each session is 60 minutes of interactive, one-on-one instruction where your fitness coach will motivate and guide you through exercises that are specific to your needs. You'll get hands-on assistance with cardiovascular and strength training that will increase flexibility, strength, endurance, balance, posture and coordination. Fit coaches have innovative ways to improve your health while ensuring correct form and technique, maximizing results and minimizing injuries.

Group training

Small group coaching is less expensive than one-on-one coaching and it can be fun to share your fitness experience with a few friends. Small group coaching sessions are similar to individual training. Small group participants should have similar fitness goals.

INBODY body composition analysis

Body water, proteins, minerals and body fat, which are the components of the human body, closely relate to the status of our health. Using the method of quantitative analysis, these elements of body composition provide the basic information required for assessing the status of the body. The body composition scale will identify the makeup of your body mass in fat, muscle, and water.

Meet our fit coaches

Darius Eshete

Darius has over 12 years of experience in personal training, exercise physiology, and sports conditioning. Darius has practised fit coaching in his native city of Perth, Western Australia, Richmond, B.C. and Calgary.

His clientele experience includes sports conditioning and rehab, musculoskeletal rehab, weight loss, ex-military, cancer patients (undergoing treatment and in remission,) workers, and motor vehicle compensation rehab.

Darius' own sporting pursuits include in-state and national level competition in tennis, track (400m and 800m), short track and inline speed skating. Since 2014, he has been spending his spare time training for long track speed skating where he currently holds the Australian over 30's National 3km record and has aspirations on representing his country in World Cups and the Olympics.

Kyra Page

Kyra thrives off of moving and helping others discover wellness through movement. She believes true fitness is harnessed through the genuine support of others. As a trainer and fitness instructor, she makes it her priority to improve your quality of life, and she will be your biggest fan! Kyra has 15 years of group fitness experience and nine years of personal training experience.

Kyra grew up in Scotland practising Kung Fu, ballet and highland dance. She moved to Canada with her daughter 17 years ago and practised clinical mental health for 12 years in both Canada and Seattle, Washington. As both a personal trainer and a clinician, Kyra has had the privilege of working with inspiring individuals living with multiple diseases and/or disorders.

Kyra's diverse background lends itself to intertwining the spiritual, emotional, and physical connection to true fitness. In addition, Kyra lives with five chronic diseases and continues to take control of each one through healthier living. If you're looking for a meaningful change, Kyra is your girl.

Tiffany Medeiros

Tiffany leads an active lifestyle with a team sports background including baseball, basketball, volleyball and badminton. Tiffany is also an avid runner and road cyclist and has been a group fitness instructor for the past five years.

Nicole Barnes

Nicole's inspiration to pursue a career as a health professional originated from many years as a competitive athlete in cross country running and track and field.

She focuses on teaching her clients functional strength training and believes in an all-encompassing model of wellness. She will design you an effective program that is progressive and challenging, yet fun. Nicole would love to help you achieve your fitness and wellness goals.
