Fit Coaching

Our certified fit coaches are here to help you to feel confident in achieving your own health and fitness endeavors and help you create a plan tailored to your individual abilities and objectives. Working together, we'll identify your strengths and areas of improvement in order for you to meet your fitness potential.

Book a Fit Coach

One-on-one training

Each session is 60 minutes of interactive, one-on-one instruction where your fitness coach will motivate and guide you through exercises that are specific to your needs. You'll get hands-on assistance with cardiovascular and strength training that will increase flexibility, strength, endurance, balance, posture and coordination. Fit coaches have innovative ways to improve your health while ensuring correct form and technique, maximizing results and minimizing injuries.

Group training

Small group coaching is less expensive than one-on-one coaching and it can be fun to share your fitness experience with a few friends. Small group coaching sessions are similar to individual training. Small group participants should have similar fitness goals.

INBODY body composition analysis

Body water, proteins, minerals and body fat, which are the components of the human body, closely relate to the status of our health. Using the method of quantitative analysis, these elements of body composition provide the basic information required for assessing the status of the body. The body composition scale will identify the makeup of your body mass in fat, muscle, and water.

Certified fit coaches can help identify your specific fitness needs and create a plan for you to efficiently and effectively achieve your desired results. 

A personalized program can be created for you only after you complete a package with a fit coach.

Kyra Page

Kyra thrives off of moving and helping others discover wellness through movement. She believes true fitness is harnessed through the genuine support of others. As a trainer and fitness instructor, she makes it her priority to improve your quality of life, and she will be your biggest fan! Kyra has 15 years of group fitness experience and nine years of personal training experience.

Kyra grew up in Scotland practicing Kung Fu, ballet and highland dance. She moved to Canada with her daughter 17 years ago and practised clinical mental health for 12 years in both Canada and Seattle, Washington. As both a personal trainer and a clinician, Kyra has had the privilege of working with inspiring individuals living with multiple diseases and/or disorders.

Kyra's diverse background lends itself to intertwining the spiritual, emotional, and physical connection to true fitness.

Laura Rye

Laura is certified as a Personal Trainer through CanFitPro, her dedication to fitness is something to be excited about. What started out as a weight loss goal for an upcoming "decade" birthday, quickly became a shift in lifestyle, a half-marathon in Vegas, and a new career - which lead to further certification as a Children's Fitness Coach and a GetRIPPED! Group Fitness Instructor.

Laura understands how difficult it can be to find the time for a workout because her life is quite hectic. As a mother of two boys, a wife, a homemaker, a cook, a laundry do-er, a personal shopper, a graphic designer...(you get the picture, as we all wear many hats). The moment she declared out loud and in front of her family, to dedicate one hour a day to herself - regular exercise became possible. She has a unique upfront approach combined with a sincere passion to help clients achieve health and fitness goals. Let her inspire and motivate your next fitness adventure.

Darius Eshete

Darius comes to SAIT with over 16 years of experience Personal Training, Exercise Physiology and Sports Conditioning. Spending the majority of his years practicing in his native city of Perth, (Western Australia), followed by Richmond, (B.C.) and since 2016 here in Calgary.

His philosophy to training is learning and understanding the basics well, to understanding what movements and abilities are available to begin with. He finds, too often, bad movement are a product of overlooking, forgetting or not respecting movements or abilities which are currently available to our body. Once we can identify, test and mentally accept what is available to us, then we can understand where our body is at, and work on improving our abilities, knowing what movements we can potentially master. Work to earn every movement, then own it.

His clientele experience to note includes sport conditioning (sports to note, Hockey, Swimming, Tennis, Speed skating) and Sports injury rehab, Musculoskeletal rehab (extensive experience with knee hip and lower back), Weight loss, ex-military, Cancer patients (undergoing treatment and in remission), Workers’ and Motor vehicle compensation rehab.
