Even if your classes are online, the Reg Erhardt Library is here to support you!
As a distance education student at SAIT, you are entitled to the same library services as other students. You should be automatically registered with the library on the day your course starts. Your library privileges expire on the last day of your current course.
You can access library e-books, streaming videos, online articles, and other e-resources from home with your SAIT ID# and your Library PIN.
Not finding everything you need online? The Library can mail you many of the books and DVDs in our collection free of charge, including return shipping. DVDs available for loan exclusively to distance students are identified with the location of VIDEO-DIST. Request an item by calling 403-210-4531 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Facing a challenging research topic? Have questions about citing resources for your project? Book a consultation, in-person or on the phone, to meet with a subject specialist. If you have a brief question, try out the Library's chat service for immediate assistance.
You can also visit the Library in-person to check-out print materials and use other resources. Your SAIT ID Card is your library card. However, if you do not have a SAIT ID Card, you can still borrow materials if you know your ID# and have other proof of identity, such as a driver's license. View our current hours of operation.
