Construction Risk Management - CSTN 145
Construction Risk Management (CRM) provides an introduction to risk management in the construction industry. This covers fundamentals for identifying the risks inherent in all construction projects, including those related to health, safety and environment. You will relate project risks to construction project stakeholders and ultimately plan response strategies to mitigate risks and uncertainty.
The final project provides an opportunity to identify and solve real-life risk management issues in a construction project. In this project, you will identify risks, carry out a qualitative analysis, develop a risk response plan and a risk register document.
