Delivery options
On-Campus Day* - Your course activity is done in-person Monday - Friday, before 6 PM.
On-Campus Evening/Weekend - Your course activity is done in person on weekdays from 6 PM or later, or Saturdays and Sundays.
Online Day* - Your course activity is done online Monday - Friday, before 6 PM.
Online Evening/Weekend - Your course activity is done online on weekdays from 6 PM or later, or Saturdays and Sundays.
Online Flexible Delivery - Your course activity is not scheduled and therefore you can determine when to do the coursework.
Blended Delivery - Both On-Campus and Online - Some of your coursework will be in-person, on-campus and some will be done online.
* There may be circumstances that require some day delivery of classes to be scheduled into the evenings.

Program length

International Students
This program meets the eligibility criteria for the Post-Graduation Work Permit program for international students as long as the student is enrolled in the on-campus delivery mode or completes more than 50% of the courses on campus (for the blended option).
International students attending all classes online will NOT be eligible for a Post-Graduate Work Permit. International students are responsible for maintaining their eligibility throughout their studies.

This unique 12-week, the day-time program is designed for individuals with a growth mindset looking to learn essential and technical skills that make things better, more efficient, and easier. You’ll walk away with an understanding of how to use Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to solve problems, leverage opportunities and be able to build a basic AI scenario.
From healthcare to education to manufacturing, Applied Machine Learning will open career pathways across a wide range of industries. This course is perfect for professionals with domain knowledge in accounting, geology, engineering or analytics management, software engineers, data or business analysts, and recent graduates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
Don’t know how to code? Don’t sweat it. The world is moving toward no-coding and automated ML/AI, so new generations and professionals can be enlightened with advanced technologies to apply AI in everyday life — with or without the ability to code.
This 12-week program will give you the technical skills needed to tackle challenging problems with AI. Delivered in partnership with InceptionU and Braintoy, you will learn:

- Supervised and unsupervised learning
- Algorithms (Neural Networks, SVM, XGboost, etc.)
- Deep learning
- Development (Python) and more.

Program requirements
This program is best suited to applicants with the following skills and mindset:
- A mid-career worker with domain expertise
- Digitally literate and comfortable with technology
- Can manipulate data in spreadsheets
- Understands basic statistics

- Proof of English proficiency required

Delivery
This 12-week program is offered during daytime hours, Monday to Friday.
- This is a 12-week immersive, hands-on program. Students should expect approximately 30 hours of project work each week.
- Works times vary week to week and attendee to attendee.
- Full-time, day-time delivery. Students must be available for the courses at their scheduled time.
