Three hoots for headversity

"The good thing about this app is that you can practice resilience on the go — it’s easy and quick to practice your lessons and improve your resilience daily." -Marcela, former student Outreach and Wellness Leader (OWL) 🦉

"I found headversity very helpful. It keeps track of your mental wellness status by giving you a mental well-being score based on personalized survey questions. Then the app suggests lessons, short video clips or tools you can use to manage the skills or sections you need to work on to improve your own wellness." -Nida, former student Outreach and Wellness Leader (OWL) 🦉

"One of the suggested microlessons was Mental Health 101, which took me about 10 minutes to complete. It includes a mix of short videos and activities. The content was informative with facts, figures and basic definitions. I also used a practice tool called Thinking, which helped me focus my thoughts." -Helen, former student Outreach and Wellness Leader (OWL) 🦉
