SAIT has government approval to accept international students during the current COVID-19 Pandemic.
Admission letters and ApplyProof
Effective December 2020, SAIT is using ApplyProof to provide a verified digital copy of international student offer and acceptance letters.
ApplyProof is a secure method to access and confirm the authenticity of your documents quickly. When you apply for a study permit, your acceptance letter can quickly be recognized as legitimate by immigration officers and agents using ApplyProof.
How do I get my documents through ApplyProof?
When you’re offered admission to study at SAIT, you’ll receive an email to your preferred email address with a secure link to your offer letter via ApplyProof.
Once you accept your offer by paying your tuition deposit, you’ll also receive an email with a secure link to your acceptance letter.
If you have an agent, your agent will be copied on these emails.
Click on the secure link and enter your passcode. Your passcode is the date of birth you provided to SAIT when you created your application in the format YYYY/MM/DD. For example, if your date of birth is Jan. 1, 2000, enter 2000/01/01 to retrieve your document.
Please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe senders list and be sure to regularly check your email spam and junk folders to avoid missing important communications regarding your application.
