Fun. I’m here for fun.
Volunteer at Orientation
One of the best ways to meet other students before classes start is to volunteer at orientation. We’re looking for on-campus wayfinders (don’t worry, we have maps and training for you) on Wednesday, Sept. 1 or Thursday, Sept. 2 from 10:45 am to 2 pm. Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you’re interested.
Get together and play with SAIT’s eGaming league. Join with a group of classmates or as a free agent and get matched up for some friendly competition.
🤝 Meet Matt, one of the senior leaders in the league, then sign up!
There are countless clubs at SAIT (or you can start your own)! If you’re looking to get out to the mountains this year, check out the Outdoor Adventure Club.
Keep your eye on the ball 😉 More info on intramurals through Athletics and Recreation is coming soon, you can email email@example.com if you’d like to play.
Seek out social spaces

Grab a coffee (there’s food too!) and get to know your classmates at Saitsa’s on-campus Odyssey café, plus there’s a beautiful patio while the weather’s warm.
Relax and recharge in the Zen Den in the Stan Grad Centre.
Saitsa’s on-campus pub has a full menu, happy hour and live shows. The Gateway will be open by early October for this 2021/22 school year.
