Check your wellness with TAO
Therapist Assisted Online (TAO) is a collection of exercises, modules and personal wellness courses designed to help you manage your own emotional well-being. SAIT students have free, unlimited access to TAO self-help content.
When you sign up for TAO, you can access personal wellness courses online. Featured courses include: Managing times of uncertainty, Relaxation tips and tricks, and Worry less.

📅 The demands of life and being a student can be stressful. Learn a range of tricks to manage your stress, and improve your academic success and overall well-being through a three-part online workshop series hosted by Student Development and Counselling. Register.

SAIT has partnered with Calgary Economic Development to get students from across Calgary connected to businesses for volunteer or paid opportunities. If your summer employment plans have changed due to COVID-19 and you'd like some practical experience related to your field of study, explore opportunities at Connecting YYC.
Please note these are student volunteer positions, unless otherwise negotiated between the organization and student. All details of engagement are unique to each opportunity.
