Admissions and advising
Office of the Registrar
Check Freshdesk for answers to common questions. If you can't find what you're looking for, submit a ticket and you’ll be contacted by email. Once a ticket number is generated, your request has been received and you are in the queue.
You can also contact the Office of the Registrar by phone during regular business hours.
If you’ve already reached out to us, there’s no need to follow up — you will hear back.

Academic Coaching and Tutoring
Appointments

Virtual Study Lounge
Study in a structured space, meet with your peers and learn expert study strategies — join the Virtual Study Lounge.
Academic Success Seminars
From study skills to time management, and from taking better notes to writing exams like a pro, success seminars are a great way to connect with an academic coach — check the schedule.
Tutoring schedule
Tutoring is available for a variety of courses. Check the online tutoring schedule, then register and attend through SAIT’s TuberEdu website.
Writing support
Looking for feedback on a writing assignment? Email writing.help@sait.ca.
Reg Erhardt Library
Chat with the library online Monday to Friday, 9 am to 7 pm. Librarians are also taking appointments via video, voice or chat — make an appointment. Limited curbside pick-up is available for certain library materials.
Transfer Options
The Transfer Options Coordinator is available to assist students via email advising and audio/video conferencing Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4 pm. Please contact transfer.options@sait.ca to make an appointment.
Bookstore
The SAIT Bookstore is offering online delivery, curbside pick up and in store access by appointment. Find what you need and have it shipped directly or purchase eBook versions of textbooks, if available. Contact sait@bkstr.com for more information.
Accessibility Services
Get support through accommodations and services by connecting with an Accessibility Services advisor. Phone and online appointments are available Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm. Call 403.774.5093 or email accessibility.services@sait.ca to set up an appointment.

Financial Advising

Career wise
Career Advancement Services
A job search resource library and job board are accessible to current students and alumni through My Career Hub. Career Advisors are available for virtual appointments including email resumé reviews, practice interviews, LinkedIn profile reviews and career search techniques.
Career Advancement Services is also hosting monthly Virtual Career Conversations.

Health and well-being
SAIT Health Clinic
SAIT Health Clinic doctors are available for in-person and phone appointments. Call 403.284.8666 before visiting the clinic. All visitors will be screened in advance of entry.
Take the Alberta Health Services online self-assessment to determine if you should be tested for COVID-19. Call 8-1-1 for any health related concerns.
By observing this process, you will help protect patients currently in the clinic who may be pregnant, have ongoing respiratory issues or compromised immune systems.
Flu shots
Getting your annual flu shot is more important than ever. Contact your local pharmacy or physician to arrange for immunization — SAIT’s Health Clinic will not be offering flu shots this year.

Interfaith Centre
The Interfaith Centre is a community hub on campus and online. Support is available Monday to Friday, 9 am to 4 pm by text, phone, email and video messaging. Contact a chaplain.

Counselling
Student Development and Counselling
Your mental health is important. Student Development and Counselling is available for support by phone or online, from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:15 pm. Current students can contact 'Student Development and Counselling' through Teams, which is the quickest way to reach someone. You can also email counselling@sait.ca or call 403.284.7023 and leave a message.
A variety of self-help resources are available online. Plus, try these tips for healthy coping during times of uncertainty.
