Photography and Filming on Campus
Please note: Due to Covid-19, photography is not currently permitted on campus.
Please refer to the frequently asked questions at sait.ca/covid19 for the most up-to-date information on SAIT's pandemic preparedness measures.
SAIT has become a popular site for photography (weddings, photoshoots, and even broadcasting) due to its picturesque architecture and spectacular views. Photographers wishing to photograph on SAIT campus are welcome to do so by following the guidelines below.
The photographer must contact Conference Services to book a time and location on campus. This allows SAIT to schedule accordingly while minimizing interruptions with other sessions. Please note that our office operates within business hours (Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm), and it is recommended that photographers connect three business days before the photoshoot.
The cost of booking is $250 plus GST and insurance, which is non-refundable. Payments can be made by credit card or by cheque made out to SAIT. If you have any questions or would like to book a time for your photography session, please contact Conference Services at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 403.774.4678.
SAIT is thrilled to see that you have an interest in filming right here on campus! With our variety of settings available, SAIT is certainly a great place for camera action. SAIT has had the pleasure to be featured in:
