Personal Counselling

School and life are rewarding, but also challenging and sometimes stressful as unexpected concerns can interfere with your personal, academic or career goals. Take control and connect with our counsellors who are here to support you.

Personal counselling

Whether you're anxious over an upcoming test, dealing with difficulties in your personal relationships, worried about someone close to you or want tools to combat stress, our counsellors can help you resolve concerns that could interfere with your individual and academic success. They will be able to support you, offer options and connect you with resources, if needed.
Counsellors can address a wide range of concerns, from anger or anxiety to grief, depression, low self-esteem, stress and substance abuse. They can also work with you on your educational and personal goals and help you build skills in solving problems and making decisions.

You can call to make an appointment at 403.284.7023 or simply drop in to AA205, Heritage Hall building.
