Henrietta Falasinnu is currently Principal Counsel of Henrietta Law Office. She previously served as Chief Examiner for Corporate Law with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA).
Falasinnu has volunteered with Calgary Legal Guidance, Elizabeth Fry Society of Calgary, Legal Aid Alberta, Centre for Newcomers and Afrikadey. She has also served as Director on the boards of the ICSA, Calgary Housing Company, Persons with Developmental Disabilities (Calgary Region) and Norfolk Housing Association.
Falasinnu received her Bachelor of Laws from Obafemi Awolowo University in 2001, Professional Administrator designation from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (UK) in 2003, Chartered Arbitrator designation from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) in 2006, Bachelor of Laws from the Federation of Law Societies of Canada, Ottawa in 2009 and Master of Laws from University of Calgary Faculty of Law in 2010. She is a member of the Alberta Bar, Ontario Bar, Canadian Bar Association, International Bar Association, Institute of Chartered Arbitrators (UK) and Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (UK and Canada).
Falasinnu is married to a SAIT alumni and lives in Calgary with her family. She is interested in travelling, writing poetry, plays and short stories and martial arts.
