Oki (hello), I am a proud Blackfoot Blood Tribe member of Kainai Nation in Treaty 7 territory, with Cree roots from Maskwacis as well. I am passionate about empowering Indigenous students to achieve their academic and personal goals.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Calgary in 2021 and have worked as the Indigenous Student Recruiter at SAIT since March 2022.
In this role, I support prospective Indigenous students with their entry into SAIT, along with providing connections to the resources and services offered at Natoysopoyiis (Holy Wind Lodge) to ensure students' growth and success throughout their post-secondary education journey.

Oki, Âba wathtech, Danit'ada, Tawnshi, Hello.
SAIT is located on the traditional territories of the Niitsitapi (Blackfoot) and the people of Treaty 7 which includes the Siksika, the Piikani, the Kainai, the Tsuut’ina and the Îyârhe Nakoda of Bearspaw, Chiniki and Goodstoney.
We are situated in an area the Blackfoot tribes traditionally called Moh’kinsstis, where the Bow River meets the Elbow River. We now call it the city of Calgary, which is also home to the Métis Nation of Alberta.
