Tony Mallette

Life at SAIT

Tony teaches in the BA and BBA programs and has been with SAIT since 1999.

For Tony, life as an instructor means that no two days are the same. Each day brings in new challenges as education is an evolving process. Through the last two odd decades, Tony has developed a special relationship with SAIT and has coached, mentored, and assisted thousands of alumni who have all gone on to pursue successful careers. What he values most about being an instructor is knowing that he is preparing students to enter industry as professionals.

Education

Tony has Diplomas in Accounting and Marketing from SAIT and has gone on to pursue two bachelor's degrees in psychology and Secondary Education. He also holds an MBA.

SAIT is located on the traditional territories of the Niitsitapi (Blackfoot) and the people of Treaty 7 which includes the Siksika, the Piikani, the Kainai, the Tsuut’ina and the Îyârhe Nakoda of Bearspaw, Chiniki and Goodstoney.

We are situated in an area the Blackfoot tribes traditionally called Moh’kinsstis, where the Bow River meets the Elbow River. We now call it the city of Calgary, which is also home to the Métis Nation of Alberta.
