Online systems outage

Online systems will be unavailable starting Wednesday Aug. 19 at 4:30 until Thursday Aug. 20 at 7 am for scheduled server infrastructure maintenance.  

The following systems will be impacted:

  • PayMyTuition will be down during the outage window, and no international tuition, deposit, and application payments can be made.
  • Transcripts cannot be sent/received to SAIT through ApplyAlberta.
  • Domestic applications can be accepted; however, offers will not be processed.
  • Online registration for credit programs will not be available.
  • Online registration for non-credit courses through Destiny will be available; however, information will not push into Banner until after the outage.
  • Faculty grade submissions via myFaculty will be unavailable.
  • MyTradeSecrets online registration for apprenticeship programs will not be available.
  • Banner Admin, Argos Analytics, and Boomi pipelines will be offline.

Little to no disruption is expected to mySAIT.ca and ServiceNow

SAIT is located on the traditional territories of the Niitsitapi (Blackfoot) and the people of Treaty 7 which includes the Siksika, the Piikani, the Kainai, the Tsuut’ina and the Îyârhe Nakoda of Bearspaw, Chiniki and Goodstoney.

We are situated in an area the Blackfoot tribes traditionally called Moh’kinsstis, where the Bow River meets the Elbow River. We now call it the city of Calgary, which is also home to the Métis Nation of Alberta.
