Online Systems Outage

Maintenance and upgrades to Banner and related online systems will take place from Friday, Dec. 5 at 4 pm until 10 pm on Sunday, Dec. 7.
The following services will be unavailable:
- mySAIT self-service, which includes:
- Transcript requests/confirmation of enrollment Access to student records (myStudent)
- Online registration for credit programs
- Access to employee leave and time records (myEmployee)
- Access to faculty admin or grad submission (myFaculty)
- Application and registration portals
- Virtual Admission System (VAS) - international applicants can still apply; however, offers will not be processed.
- Slate - domestic applications can be accepted; however, offers will not be processed.
- Apply Alberta - transcripts cannot be sent/received to SAIT
- MyTradesecrets online registration for apprenticeship programs will not be available.
- Destiny - online registration for non-credit courses will still be available; however, information will not push into Banner until Monday after the outage.
- Banner Admin, Argos, Boomi will not be available.
- ServiceNOW outage - unless a user is already logged in (Dec. 6:30 – 11:30 pm)
