Part of SAIT's Leading Beyond Any Title™ leadership suite, this certificate offers a flexible path for aspiring and experienced leaders to strengthen their management knowledge and leadership impact. You can choose courses from two leadership focus areas and one general business category, allowing you to build a well-rounded mix of leadership and management skills that fit your goals:
- Influential leadership focus – sharpen your ability to drive decisions, lead change, and communicate with impact
- People-centred leadership focus – lead with empathy, develop others, and build high-performing teams
- General business and management – strengthen foundational knowledge, HR skills and operational insight across diverse workplaces
Courses are taught by instructors with extensive industry experience who bring real-world insight to both classroom and online learning. Each course emphasizes practical application through interactive, scenario-based activities. You can choose in-person, short-format classes at SAIT’s main campus or complete equivalent courses online at your own pace.
Upon completion, you’ll have a strong foundation in leadership, communication, and management, and the skills to apply them effectively in your workplace.
