Overview
How do you create a workplace where employees actually want to contribute their best work? Fostering a Culture of Engaged and Motivated Employees explores four essential areas for building employee engagement: developing self-awareness as an authentic leader, building trust and psychological safety within your team, enhancing communication skills for effective feedback and change management, and improving team dynamics through collaboration. Offered online or in-person, through practical activities, case studies, and group discussions, you'll apply proven strategies to understand what motivates your employees and adapt your leadership approach to different personalities and work styles.
By the end of this course, you'll have developed a personalized action plan to implement these leadership strategies in your workplace over the next three to six months. You'll leave with practical tools for connecting organizational purpose to employee motivation, techniques for giving emotionally intelligent feedback, and methods for introducing change without creating fear or resistance.

- are stepping into a supervisor or lead hand role and want to build strong team relationships
- manage a crew or department and are seeking new ways to boost morale and motivation

- explain how understanding employees' values, motivations, and personal preferences contributes to workplace engagement and productivity
- model authenticity, vulnerability and compassion
- connect organizational purpose to employee motivation
- describe how psychological safety affects employee motivation and engagement
