Leading Beyond Any Title: Ground Zero Leadership (Self-Awareness)

Strong leadership starts with understanding how you show up, especially when things feel unclear or challenging. In this foundational session, leaders are invited to slow down, reflect, and explore the patterns and blind spots that influence their reactions and decisions. Build greater self‑awareness to lead with intention, clarity, and impact.

Leading Beyond Any Title: Stop Managing Change - Start Leading It

Change fails when people disengage, not when plans fall short. This session explores how leaders can shape the human experience of change by working with resistance, fatigue, and emotion rather than trying to manage them away. You’ll gain practical ways to create momentum, meaning, and ownership during constant change.

Leading Beyond Any Title: Feedback, Feedforward and Everything in Between

Feedback shouldn’t feel risky, awkward, or reserved for when things go wrong. In this session, Jennie and Craig challenge outdated feedback habits and reframe feedback as a shared skill that builds trust, clarity, and performance. Learn how to make feedback ongoing, human, and genuinely useful without losing honesty or accountability.

Oki, Âba wathtech, Danit'ada, Tawnshi, Hello.

SAIT is located on the traditional territories of the Niitsitapi (Blackfoot) and the people of Treaty 7 which includes the Siksika, the Piikani, the Kainai, the Tsuut’ina and the Îyârhe Nakoda of Bearspaw, Chiniki and Goodstoney.

We are situated in an area the Blackfoot tribes traditionally called Moh’kinsstis, where the Bow River meets the Elbow River. We now call it the city of Calgary, which is also home to the Métis Nation of Alberta.
