Leading Beyond Any Title: Feedback, Feedforward and Everything in Between
20 February 2026
Presented by: Lauren Bishop and Jennie Gilbert
Feedback shouldn’t feel risky, awkward, or reserved for when things go wrong. In this session, Jennie and Craig challenge outdated feedback habits and reframe feedback as a shared skill that builds trust, clarity, and performance. Learn how to make feedback ongoing, human, and genuinely useful without losing honesty or accountability.

SAIT is located on the traditional territories of the Niitsitapi (Blackfoot) and the people of Treaty 7 which includes the Siksika, the Piikani, the Kainai, the Tsuut’ina and the Îyârhe Nakoda of Bearspaw, Chiniki and Goodstoney.
We are situated in an area the Blackfoot tribes traditionally called Moh’kinsstis, where the Bow River meets the Elbow River. We now call it the city of Calgary, which is also home to the Métis Nation of Alberta.
