Leading Beyond Any Title: The Resilient Leader: Strategies for Emotional Recovery and Endurance
Presented by: Craig Hess and Jennie Gilbert
Leadership takes more than drive, it takes emotional endurance.
In today’s high-pressure environments, leaders are expected to stay steady, make smart decisions, and support other, often without pausing to recharge themselves. But emotional strength doesn’t come from pushing through alone. It comes from knowing how to reset, recover, and rise again.
In this powerful session, Jennie and Craig explore the vital connection between emotion and performance. You’ll learn how to recognize your limits, manage stress in the moment, and build the long-term emotional resilience that leadership demands.
