Offered online and in-person, this course takes you through real-world scenarios and interactive exercises to master efficient meeting planning, focused discussions, and clear action steps. You'll develop confidence in speaking up, managing group dynamics, and making decisions that stick — skills essential for effective leadership.
By the end of the course, you'll have a set of practical, repeatable strategies for leading meetings that respect time, boost engagement, and drive results. You'll approach every meeting with intention and effectiveness.
This course is ideal if you:
- are a tradesperson or site supervisor moving into more office-based or leadership responsibilities
- are a new manager or team lead who wants to build credibility by running better meetings
