Overview
For industries where precision and safety are non-negotiable, Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) is an essential skill. As a trusted NDT method, MPI ensures material integrity in high-stakes industries. This 40-hour intensive course equips you with the expertise to detect material flaws accurately, operate certified MPI equipment, and meet stringent regulatory standards.
With hands-on training in cutting-edge inspection techniques, you’ll gain the confidence and knowledge to make accurate evaluations and ensure structural integrity in industries like oil & gas, aerospace, manufacturing, and construction. Additionally, this course prepares you for CGSB certification, a valuable credential that enhances your career prospects.
Designed for technicians, quality control professionals, inspectors, and those interested in working with ferromagnetic materials in industries such as oil & gas, aerospace, manufacturing, and infrastructure inspection, this course provides practical, real-world MPI training that enables you to identify defects with precision and uphold industry standards.
By completing Magnetic Particle Levels I and II, you’ll be able to select the right MPI techniques, interpret results with confidence, and contribute to the safety and reliability of critical infrastructure.
This course is ideal if you:
- want to build a specialized skill set in NDT
- are pursuing CGSB certification
